ABOUT US
The Riverbend Homeowners Association is part of the Riverbend Homesites, located just outside the city limits of North Bend, Washington. The neighborhood of 544 homes is within unincorporated King County, near the Cascade Foothills with quick and easy access to numerous tourist attractions nearby; Mount Si, Cedar River Watershed, Rattlesnake Lake, Snoqualmie Pass, and the City of North Bend (where the sitcom Twin Peaks was filmed).

The Homeowners Association includes access to local neighborhood amenities of the neighborhood lake, Kelly Park, Snoqualmie River access, Snoqualmie River Trail Access, and a private water supply system.
The Homeowners Association (HOA) Board is responsible for collecting homeowners' dues, which pays for the maintenance and services of the neighborhood amenities.

The board is composed of elected volunteers that develop, maintain, and implement the covenants and policies for all members of the Riverbend Homesites Association.

The board has monthly meetings with an annual membership meeting for all members.
