The Riverbend Homeowners Association is part of the Riverbend Homesites, located just outside the city limits of North Bend, Washington. The neighborhood of 544 homes is within unincorporated King County, near the Cascade Foothills with quick and easy access to numerous tourist attractions nearby; Mount Si, Cedar River Watershed, Rattlesnake Lake, Snoqualmie Pass, and the City of North Bend (where the sitcom Twin Peaks was filmed).
The Homeowners Association includes access to local neighborhood amenities of the neighborhood lake, Kelly Park, Snoqualmie River access, Snoqualmie River Trail Access, and a private water supply system.

Our local community park which includes a playground for the kids, an open area, and picnic tables. It also includes half a basketball court for those to enjoy. The community garden is located within Kelly Park.

The King County owned lake includes a small recreation area with a picnic table. The lake is located on the NW portion of the neighborhood. Lake access is off SE 147th Street.

The Snoqualmie River runs to the north of the residential neighborhood. There is a small beach with access to the river. This is located near the Snoqualmie River at the end of SE 145th Street.

There are community garden plots located at Kelly Park. These plots are maintained by our neighbors. If you have interest or desire for the community garden, you can be included by contacting the HOA via email.

Our water system is maintained by our contracted water technician and complies with WA State Department of Health standards. This includes testing, maintenance and storage. Water is paid by your HOA Dues. All portions of the water system are property of the HOA (excluding service lines after the meter).
